CARNAUBA WAX

Carnauba waxes are derived from the leaves of the carnauba palm,  a plant native to and grown only in the northeastern Brazilian states. It is also known as the queen of waxes and comes in the form of hard yellow-brown flakes. It is obtained from the leaf of the carnauba palm by gathering them, beating to loosen the wax, and then through refining and bleaching the carnauba wax.
